There are two level of hospital management for smooth management of Hospital.
1) Hospital Management Committee: Hospital management committee is headed by the chairman of NNJS-Dang Branch. There are six members in the board including one representative from District Public Health Office from Government bodies. Policy level decision, Policy making, Approval program and budget etc is done by Board.
2) Administrative Management sub Committee: Administrative management sub-committee is headed by Medical Director as a co-ordinator of the committee. There are five members where equally representation from Local NNJS, Staff representative as a members. Administrative management committee is responsible to run the hospital smoothly and effectively. It closely monitors and supervises the activities and ensures that the program is running as per the approval plan and budget.
Financial and Administrative Policy: Hospital strictly follows financial and administrative policy
of NNJS to run the hospital smoothly as per the rules prescribed by Laws.
