Information on service and facility of Hospital are easily available for the people. Hospital has placed “Citizen Charter”, Patient Flow Chart and “User Fee Chart” at the premises of Hospital. Eye Health Message is regularly broadcasted through local FM at local level. Similarly, pre and post operative eye health message, and information on hospital service and facilities are regularly disseminated through broadcasting desk at each department.
Program activities, budget and plan are presented annually at General Assembly of NNJS, and periodically at DPAC and CPAC meeting.
We are committed to maintain the information system as per the “Right to Information Act, 2007” of National Information Commission, Nepal. For that we have information cell to disseminate the information on eye care service.
